1. 服务内容
Seeding 提供目标设定、种子选择、行为记录、承诺与伙伴、回顾与随喜、咖啡冥想、微习学习、点数权益、插件和 AI 辅助等功能。不同平台、账号资格、课程状态和版本可能提供不同能力。
2. 账号与使用规则
- 您需使用受支持的手机号、验证码或密码注册和登录，并妥善保管账号、验证码和密码。
- 您应提供真实、合法、有效的信息，不得冒用他人身份或将服务用于违法违规活动。
- 您对上传或创建的目标、行为、图片、作业、打卡、承诺、自定义种子和对话等内容负责，不得上传违法、侵权、骚扰、欺诈、恶意代码或其他不当内容。
- 对涉嫌违法、侵权、危害安全或影响服务稳定的账号和内容，我们可依法采取限制功能、删除内容、暂停或终止服务等措施。
3. AI 与内容边界
AI 辅助填写、分析、总结、反馈和智能体回复仅用于记录、整理和启发，可能不准确、不完整或不适合您的具体情况，不构成医疗、心理、法律、投资或其他专业建议。您应自行核实并判断输出，不得将 AI 输出用于违法用途或侵害他人权利。
4. 点数、学分与权益
- 当前版本不提供充值、订阅、提现或点数转让。
- 永久点数、限时点数、学分、贡献值、会员和其他权益只代表免费功能资格或使用额度，不具有现金价值。
- 消费以“可用点数”为准，优先使用最早到期的限时点数，再使用后续限时批次，最后使用永久点数。限时点数按 Asia/Shanghai 业务日期到期。
- 因退款、失败恢复、过期、风控或运营规则产生的变动，以点数详情和服务端流水为准。
5. 微习服务
微习的学员身份、报到申请、学期、作业、打卡、评分和反馈按课程规则提供。获授权的教师或管理员可为教学、评分、反馈和审计查看必要内容。报到申请按整张申请审核，拒绝时可展示批复理由。
6. 服务变更与可用性
服务可能因维护、网络、设备、第三方服务或不可抗力出现中断、延迟或同步异常。我们会尽合理努力保障稳定和数据安全，但不承诺服务永不中断或数据绝对不丢失。影响重要权益的重大规则变化会通过合理方式通知。
7. 知识产权与用户内容
应用软件、界面、标识、文案、图标和数据结构受法律保护。未经授权不得复制、修改、反向工程、传播、出租或出售。您保留对合法用户内容的权利，并授权我们在提供同步、展示、AI 处理、课程服务、备份与客服支持所必需范围内处理这些内容。
8. 注销与终止
您可通过“设置－账号安全－注销账号”终止账号使用。注销后账号不可登录，手机号可重新注册；为审计、课程记录、点数流水、争议处理和历史数据完整性所需的记录可能继续保留并与新账号隔离。详情见 账号注销说明。
9. 法律适用与联系
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。争议应先友好协商；协商不成的，依法提交有管辖权的人民法院。问题请联系 yuzhiboliuhua@gmail.com。

AI 輸出僅用於記錄、整理和啟發，可能不準確或不完整，不構成醫療、心理、法律、投資等專業建議。
當前版本不提供充值、訂閱、提現或轉讓。永久/限時點數、學分、貢獻值和會員只代表免費權益或額度，沒有現金價值。消費以可用點數為準，依序使用最早到期限時點數、後續批次和永久點數；到期按 Asia/Shanghai 業務日期計算。
微習學員身分、報到、學期、作業、打卡、評分和回饋依課程規則提供；獲授權教師或管理員可在教學、評分、回饋和稽核所需範圍內查看必要內容。
3. 可用性、權利與終止
服務可能因維護、網路、設備、第三方服務或不可抗力中斷、延遲或同步異常。我們盡合理努力保障穩定與安全，但不保證永不中斷或絕不遺失資料。
應用軟體、介面、標識、文案、圖示和資料結構受法律保護。您保留合法用戶內容的權利，並授權我們在同步、展示、AI、課程、備份和客服所需範圍內處理。
您可在「設定－帳號安全－註銷帳號」終止帳號。註銷後原帳號不可登入、手機號碼可重新註冊；稽核、課程、點數流水、爭議及歷史完整性所需記錄可能繼續保留並與新帳號隔離。
4. 法律與聯絡

Seeding User Agreement

1. Service and accounts
Seeding provides goals, seeds, action records, commitments and partners, review and rejoicing, Coffee Meditation, Weixi learning, points, plugins, and AI assistance. You must use a supported phone number, code, or password, protect your credentials, provide lawful and valid information, and not impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully.
You are responsible for goals, actions, images, assignments, check-ins, commitments, custom seeds, chats, and other content you create. You may not submit illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise improper content. We may lawfully restrict features, remove content, suspend, or terminate service.
2. AI, points, and Weixi
AI output is for recording, organization, and inspiration only. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical, psychological, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
The current version does not provide recharge, subscriptions, withdrawals, or transfers. Permanent and limited-time points, credits, referral contribution, and membership are free benefits or quotas without cash value. Spending uses available points, then the earliest-expiring limited batch, later limited batches, and permanent points. Expiry follows the Asia/Shanghai business date.
Weixi student status, registration, terms, assignments, check-ins, grading, and feedback follow course rules. Authorized teachers or administrators may view necessary information for teaching, grading, feedback, and auditing.
3. Availability, rights, and termination
Maintenance, networks, devices, third-party services, or force majeure may cause interruptions, delays, or sync failures. We make reasonable efforts toward stability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute prevention of data loss.
The software, interface, marks, copy, icons, and data structures are legally protected. You retain lawful rights to your content and allow us to process it as necessary for sync, display, AI, courses, backup, and support.
You may cancel under Settings - Account Security - Cancel Account. The old account then cannot sign in and its phone number may register a new account. Records required for audits, courses, points ledgers, disputes, and historical integrity may remain and are isolated from the new account.
4. Law and contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be negotiated and, if unresolved, submitted to a competent court. Contact yuzhiboliuhua@gmail.com.
