Seeding 账号注销说明

应用内入口

登录后进入“我的－设置－账号安全－注销账号”，阅读影响、勾选确认并完成倒计时后提交。无需通过客服才能发起注销。

注销成功后的结果

• 当前设备上的登录凭据会被清除，并返回登录页。
• 原账号不能继续登录，账号内数据不再向该账号提供访问。
• 原手机号会被释放，可用于注册一个全新的账号；新账号不会继承旧账号身份或业务数据。
• 为维护课程评分、点数流水、业务引用、审计、争议处理和历史数据完整性，旧账号状态及必要历史记录可能继续保留。注销不等同于立即物理删除全部历史记录。

删除和权利请求

如需查询、复制、更正、删除或限制处理个人信息，请发送邮件至 yuzhiboliuhua@gmail.com，说明账号手机号、请求类型和可用于核验身份的信息。请勿通过普通邮件发送密码或短信验证码。我们会在核实身份后按适用法律处理；依法或为审计、争议、风控必须保留的信息可能无法立即删除。

无法使用应用时

若无法登录或无法打开应用，可使用上述邮箱申请注销协助。客服不会索要密码、完整验证码、密钥或支付信息。

Seeding 帳號註銷說明

成功後，設備登入憑據會被清除，原帳號不可登入，手機號碼可註冊全新帳號；新帳號不繼承舊帳號資料。為維護課程評分、點數流水、業務引用、稽核、爭議和歷史完整性，舊帳號狀態及必要歷史記錄可能繼續保留；註銷不等於立即物理刪除全部記錄。

Seeding Account Cancellation

While signed in, open My - Settings - Account Security - Cancel Account, read the impact, acknowledge it, and complete the countdown before submitting.

After success, credentials are removed from the device, the old account cannot sign in, and the phone number may register a new account. A new account does not inherit the old account's data. The old account state and necessary records may remain to preserve course grades, points ledgers, business references, audits, disputes, and historical integrity. Cancellation is not immediate physical deletion of every record.

To request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction, email yuzhiboliuhua@gmail.com with the account phone number, request type, and information sufficient for identity verification. Never email a password or complete verification code. Information that must be retained by law or for audits, disputes, or risk control may not be immediately deletable.
